Project Manager

Parvin-Clauss Sign Company, a fast growing, family owned business, is seeking an ambitious, self motivated individual to join its Project Management Team and assist its growing Sales Team.  Project managers are responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers and obtaining new clients.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively communicating with customers and prospects by phone and email. Responsibilities include writing orders and quotes, building relationships with customers, following up on activities and sales leads, and assisting Sales Representatives with general sales processes. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the everyday workflow of the order process to ensure that it is efficiently moving through proper channels to completion.

Education Requirements

• Undergraduate college degree preferred, but not required

Experience Requirements

• Sign Industry experience a plus, but not required

Hours

This position is based on a standard 40-hour workweek, with flexibility to accommodate project timelines. While the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, additional hours may be required from time to time to meet project deadlines or business needs. Flexibility in work hours is essential to support the success of the team and ensure timely delivery of projects.
